Snap Magic Photobooth - Refund Policy
1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and prevent other bookings.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once at no charge if the new date is available.
Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
4. Service Interruptions
If Snap Magic Photobooth cannot provide services due to equipment failure, illness, or emergency:
- A full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
If the event is cut short due to venue issues, weather, or guest interference, no refund is provided.
5. No-Show Policy
If the client or venue denies access or fails to provide required setup conditions, the booking is considered a client cancellation, and no refund is issued.
