Snap Magic Photobooth - Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25-50%) is required to secure your event date.
Remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment and signed agreement are received.
2. Event Requirements
Client must provide adequate space, power access, and safe operating conditions for all photobooth equipment.
For outdoor events, the client must provide weather protection (tent, covering, or indoor backup).
Snap Magic Photobooth reserves the right to stop operation if conditions become unsafe.
3. Setup & Breakdown
We arrive 60-90 minutes before the event for setup.
Breakdown occurs immediately after the contracted time unless additional hours are purchased.
4. Overtime
Additional time may be added at the event if scheduling allows.
Overtime is billed at the hourly rate for the selected booth or service.
5. Equipment Care
Clients are responsible for preventing damage caused by guests, venue conditions, or misuse.
Any repair or replacement costs due to negligence will be billed to the client.
6. Media Usage
Snap Magic Photobooth may use event photos, videos, and audio messages for marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
7. Liability
Snap Magic Photobooth is not responsible for:
- Guest injuries caused by misuse
- Venue restrictions
- Power outages or internet loss
We maintain professional standards and operate equipment safely at all times.
8. SMS Communications & A2P Compliance
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Snap Magic Photobooth related to your event booking, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Data Privacy: We respect your privacy. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
